Giving Havre a Second Chance: RISP
The Reintegration in Society Program (RISP) is a volunteer accountability program where people coming out of addictions and legal issues can find safe housing while they work on their sobriety. This program encourages healthier communities through self help groups, churches, bible studies, one on one meetings with caseworker, and Life Skills classes.
